What happens if I use up the 500 included call minutes?
The Phone + Website plan includes 500 call minutes each month, which comfortably covers most small businesses. It's a soft cap: your receptionist never stops answering, even if you go over. If you're consistently using more than that, we'll talk to you about a plan that fits, you'll never find out from a surprise bill or a dead line.
What happens if I want to cancel?
You can cancel any time through the billing portal, which ends your subscription at the close of the current billing cycle. If you'd prefer a prorated refund of the unused time instead, just email billing@highflowai.com. Either way, you keep all the leads, conversations and booking data captured during your engagement, which we'll export and deliver on request. If you reactivate within twelve months, your configuration is retained and you don't pay a new setup fee.
