This Cookie Policy explains how HighFlowAI LLC ("HighFlowAI," "we," "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, highflowai.com ("the Site"). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal information more broadly.
02Why we use them
We use cookies for a few purposes:
- Essential operation — to make the Site work (basic navigation, security).
- Preferences — to remember choices you've made.
- Analytics — to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
- Advertising & measurement — to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns we run on third-party platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
We do not sell your personal information. We do share limited measurement data with our analytics and advertising providers — Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel — as described in Section 04; under some U.S. state privacy laws this is considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time using a Global Privacy Control signal.
03Types of cookies we use
Strictly necessary
These are required for the Site to function and cannot be turned off. They don't store any personally identifiable information. Examples include cookies that maintain a session, support security, or remember whether you've dismissed a notification.
When you sign in to the client portal, we store an authentication token in your browser so you stay signed in. If you select "Remember me on this device," the token persists in your browser's local storage until you log out or it expires; otherwise it is kept only for the current browser session. You can remove it at any time by logging out.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC) to measure traffic patterns — pages visited, time on page, referring sources, approximate geography. These help us understand which content is useful and where the Site can be improved. We have configured the property for measurement only and have not enabled data sharing with Google's broader advertising products. Event-level data is retained for up to 14 months.
Advertising & measurement
We use the Meta Pixel and Conversion API (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns we run on Meta's platforms (Facebook, Instagram). These may set cookies and transmit page-interaction and conversion data, including cryptographically hashed contact identifiers (the plaintext email is never sent). Under the California Privacy Rights Act this constitutes "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time — see Section 06 and our Do Not Sell or Share page.
Functional
These remember choices you make to provide a more personalized experience (for example, remembering you've already accepted the cookie banner so we don't show it on every page).
04Third-party cookies
We use a small number of third-party tools that may set their own cookies:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) To measure aggregated traffic patterns and Site performance.
- Meta Pixel & Conversion API (Meta Platforms, Inc.) To measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns we run on Facebook and Instagram. Excluded entirely when a Global Privacy Control signal is detected.
- Hosting provider For security, load balancing and bot protection.
- Embedded content If we embed third-party content (such as a video player), that content may set cookies governed by the third party's own policy.
Each third-party provider has its own privacy and cookie practices. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any third-party tools whose cookies are set on your device.
05How to control cookies
Browser settings
Most browsers let you view, manage and delete cookies. You can usually find these controls under "Settings" or "Preferences" in your browser. Common help pages:
What blocking does
If you block all cookies, parts of the Site may not work as expected. Strictly necessary cookies are required for basic functionality. Blocking analytics cookies has no functional impact on your experience.
Mobile devices
On mobile devices, you can typically manage cookie and tracking preferences in the device's privacy settings or in the settings of the browser app you're using.
06Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control
Some browsers support a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no industry-wide standard for how DNT should be honored, so we do not currently respond to DNT signals.
We do honor "Global Privacy Control" (GPC) signals where applicable as an opt-out preference signal under California, Colorado, Connecticut and other state laws that recognize it. When a GPC signal is received, no data is transmitted to Google Analytics 4 or to Meta (Pixel or Conversion API) from your visit, and no advertising-attribution cookies are set. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration; we do "share" limited data for advertising measurement (as described in our Privacy Policy and Do Not Sell or Share page), and GPC opts you out of that sharing.
07Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or technology. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
