What happens if I use more than 500 call minutes?
The 500 included minutes on Phone + Website Receptionist are a soft cap — the receptionist never stops answering your phone. If you regularly go over, we'll talk to you about a fair adjustment rather than cutting you off or surprising you with a bill. Your dashboard shows a live minutes meter, so you always know where you stand. For most businesses, 500 minutes covers hundreds of calls a month.
Do I have to pay the setup fee?
On Website Receptionist, setup is A$300 one-time and optional — you can self-onboard if you'd rather. On Phone + Website Receptionist, setup is A$500 one-time and required, because we configure your phone forwarding, voice and call flows for you. Founding clients pay no setup fee on either plan.
