Every quote includes a written scope. Small clarifications and refinements within scope are absorbed without charge. Requests that meaningfully change the build (new integrations, new flows, new surfaces) are captured as a change order with their own fixed price and timeline impact, so nothing creeps and you're never surprised by an invoice.
If, within 90 days of full implementation, your system hasn't generated at least $3,000 in verified gross revenue from leads it captured, we refund the difference on your setup fee. The guarantee depends on a few sensible conditions: maintaining at least 1,000 monthly visitors, responding to inbound leads within two business hours, keeping integrations and tracking active, and not materially changing your offer mid-period. You can cancel any time through the billing portal. On cancellation, you can choose end-of-cycle termination or a prorated refund of unused subscription time. Your portal access ends at the close of the billing cycle, but you keep all the leads, conversations and booking data captured during your engagement, which we'll export on request.
